To ensure connectivity to the Online Editions of Money Tree’s financial planning software, please take a moment to confirm your operating system and web-browser configuration meets the current requirements.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Version 10 or 11
Microsoft Edge
- Version 13, 14 or 15
Apple Safari
- Version 10 or 11
Money Tree Software’s websites require using one of the following operating systems:
Windows
- The latest version of Windows® 7, Windows® 8 or Windows® 10. Please note Microsoft has ended support for Windows XP and Windows Vista® and the use of this operating system is not recommended.
Mac
- The latest Mac operating system.
The web browser and operating system configurations ensure connections to the online editions using the latest security standards to ensure safe and secure data transmission.
Transport Layer Security (TLS) is a cyptographic protocol that provides secure communication between computer applications. Web-browsers connecting to the online editions of TOTAL and Silver are required to use either TLS 1.1 or 1.2.
The latest versions of popular web-browsers all support TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2. Older versions of some web-browsers may require TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 to be manually enabled, and some web-browsers do not provide the required TLS 1.1 and 1.2.
Other operating systems and web browsers may work, but are more likely to experience technical difficulties. Upgrading to one of the configurations above will provide the best online experience.
