TOTAL Online is off to a great start thanks to the help of our customers who have elected to be a part of the TOTAL Online beta program. Beta users have shared valuable feedback, excitement, and very positive comments about the online platform.
Our efforts to streamline the data input and provide an updated, intuitive interface have been well received. The data input has been designed to allow clear data input for typical cases, and expanded entry options for cases that require more details.
Users can keep data input simple for a straightforward case. Using Earned Income as a example, in a straightforward case income will continue from now until retirement, increasing at a steady rate. The data entry for this case is clear and simple. Enter the amount of income and set an increase rate, and the program will handle the rest.
When the client’s income requires more detailed input, you can add additional details with the check of a box or expanding of a section. If you need to enter different income amounts for the tax, cash flow, disability and/or survivor reports, check a box to enter the amount details. If you need to change the income or increase rate at any age, expand the future changes section for the age-change type event table.

We are continuing to develop the online version of TOTAL Planning Suite, keeping busy working on enhancing functionality such as improved 3rd party integrations, importing your desktop database, settings and custom reports, and fixing any bugs as they are found. The Open Beta program will continue until all development of the program features is complete and the program is ready for release.
