Click “Start Download Now!” and when the message box appears, click “Run” to begin installation. Once the process starts, follow the onscreen prompts.

The first time TOTAL Planning Suite 3.0 installs, the process may include an installation of this component:

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (One-Time Install, 5 - 45 minutes)

Please Note:  This version of TOTAL Planning Suite requires a database conversion. 

Allow additional time for the conversion process. 

While the data is converting, do not cancel or close TOTAL Planning Suite. You may work in other applications during the conversion.

After the conversion, the database will NOT be backward compatible with older versions of the software.  For users who are connected to a shared database, all other users will need to upgrade to the latest version (3.0.49).

Version 3.0.49 -- If asked to "Run" or "Save" please click "Run".

The installation checks your computer to detect and install the necessary files.

Some users may see a download or file error. If you do, please follow the two alternate installation steps listed below.

You can download the Microsoft .NET Framework and/or TOTAL Planning Suite separately. Download and install the .Net Framework first, then download TOTAL Planning Suite. This option solves some problems related to file size limits.
